I thought this was going to be one of those apps hat made you rate 5 stars but it really is good and there are lots of options! I am very happy with this. Another awesome thing is this app is free! And the only adds are when you are swiping through iPhone backgrounds!

Icons dont fit in frames. Good thing I didnt spend money on this.

FIRST, the app claims that it can add shelves and borders to your apps, wallpaper, etc. IT DOES A HORRIBLE JOB. The borders and shelves dont line up with the screen. You will have apps with random lines running thru them and random borders. Nothing goes where its supposed to.

I LOVE this app! Its perfect for making cool backgrounds, like shelve backgrounds and the ones with boxes. The good thing is, it actually fits the home screen unlike some of these wallpapers! I recommend it if you want to make your own wallpapers.
